The purpose of this drum program is to get my band started live and record our demo until we land the right drummer...
I tried to google what Necrophagist used on their first album but didn't come up with anything , I thought that sound is kind of like what I am after.
I have previously used Ez Drummer DFH for putting ideas down on my PC, but need something much more rhythmically and dynamically flexible and generally more realistic sounding.
Its mainly an old school Death Metal based project with some blast beats and plenty of fills/rolls.
The thing I want to avoid most is software/machine which make blast beats and drum rolls sound mechanical...and the ones I've tried so far always do.
