which mix sounds best

rite i need your ears on the overall mix, but mainly the guitars. The first one is using guitar hacks final impulse, the second is using Metaltastic and the third is the same as the second but with diff eq on the guitars.

I think the guitars' low is a bit out of control and I find the top-end too dull. You've got to tighten those up, I feel.

The drum tone definitely needs some work. I feel overall, the mix is somewhat dull in the top-end. (I mean in all three)

Yeah I agree with the others. Everything needs some work. Out of the 3 clips you posted I like the second one the best though.

i agree with the guitars but no matter what i do i can get them "bright" they just end up thin and fuzzy sounding? 2000ContourSVT you think the drums sound to dull to? any tips on improving them?

Everything still needs a lot more highs and clarity.

Listen to some professional stuff and compare it to your own mix. It may make you feel like your mixes suck, but you'll do a lot better than just taking a shot in the dark.

rite i went away a listened to a bfmv scream aim and fire while mixing and i think i have done the best i can do. Unavailable, your rite my stuff is to dark i think i will need to re-record the guitars and get some bass recorded
