which podcasting plan is right for me?

ok i want to start hosting my own podcasts. i'm interesting in computer games and want to have my own weekly review podcasts for people to listen to. Now i've found 3 plans from:

Now which plan do u think would be suited to me as I have no idea how much bandwidth my weekly podcasts will use?

Start small - no podcast is going to go huge overnight, especially not a games one when there are so many out there, find the smallest and cheapest one possible, and if your podcasts kick off you can always upgrade.
