which song is this?

Hi,
hope I'm writing in the right place.
About 15 years ago I obtained a disk containing
a song which name and band I don't remember.
What I do remember is how sounded the intro
and playing it (attached link below). the intro including rain-like sound,
followed by 3 acoustic parts:
- first guitar (0 -32 sec. in video)
- another guitar joins (32-49)
- chorus of song (49-1:10)

any idea which song is this?
