Hey, Kake21, i had exactly the same experience with Jester Script Transfigured just a week ago. Rediscovered the song, and haven't looked back since! That riff and the solos... <drools>
Jesus this is really hard... i guess it would be best to make a 'top 5 of pre-Reroute to Remain' and a 'top 5 of post-Clayman'. For now, though, i'll go with this:

Haha, Jester Script Transfigured is my favourite IF song right now. It's probably because it's their old material and I've never really appreciated it before.
My top 5 always changes too - there are so many good IF songs it's very hard to have a fixed list of their best songs.

You're pretty much right. I like Bottled, and (I'm sorry for forgetting you if you're reading this) someone else does as well. I think that's all who have admitted it.
Just saw In Flames live this week and since I'm so stoked about their music I want to add to this discussion. My top five right now:

Hard to limit it to just five. Some other awesome songs are System, Swim, My Sweet Shadow and Jester Script Transfigured.
