Quiet night for me actually, but we're hosting a Christmas party tomorrow (after my beer judge certification course in the afternoon), so it's probably best that I rest these old bones for going hard tomorrow.

we had president elections here..so on saturday nobody could do anything, pub were closed...so was quite sober weekend...

and back to work...i'm already fed up....

I remember the wine was cheap in Chile, and it was good stuff, too.

we produce and make very good wines... i always reccommend our wine everywhere, actually i always keep a couople of bottles in my house for rainy days...

The cabernets from Errazuriz and Casa Lapostolle are some of my favorite wines, especially paired with a tenderloin steak...yum!

I prefer the syrah...or the varietal syrah/cabernet....
