well its cold, but just near the ground, higher in the air it more warm (its called temperature inversion ) so it will rain and then it will freeze on the cold ground

it´s not cold here nor warm, it´s like..something in between, I haven´t seen the sun for ages though it´s like a gray fog for 6 months during winter here

@ante: well its just around 0°C here, its cold enough for me. I'd love to live on the north where its colder, I like it. currently I just hate it because I have a sore throat, and its even worse if its cold outside.
