Considering you're not even entertaining the possibility it could be one of our suggestions makes me think it's you in the pic and you're just looking for a little ego stroking.

The only problem with the first suggestion is the tats, where in the OP pic he has only one arm tatted and the other two he has both...obviously there could be a big time difference, but the tats seem to be part of a set piece

The first picture looks older than the first so that could offset that point.

However, the design of the tatoo in the first post seems inconsistent with that of Mike Scalzi's. There is no way the tatt would follow that path from OP pic underneath the arm to mike Scalzi's outer area
