I didn't see Maiden this year. It seems to me that they think the Pacific Northwest is kryptonite when a new album comes out because they don't come within 1000 miles. I think it has to do with the bad crowd in Tacoma in 2000 and the lackluster crowd in Vancouver that year, in addition to not wanting to do a full tour anymore.
I'm really surprised the western half of the US only got one date this year, while many cities on the east coast and northern part got multiple dates within a few hours from each other.
