Whole album in one DAW session ?

It just so fucking amazing. What I thought would take me the whole year has a much brighter and fun futur now. I got to 22 VSTi now instead of 55. I'm at the hardest part, for me, optimizing the strings. I'm not at 10 tracks for those and I'm using an old librairy (Miroslav) so I need a patch for the pizzicatos, bow sizes/tremolo etc ;(
It must be amazing to use things like EastWest.. I'm not there yet hehe

I too don't know why I haven't worked like that before. It's one of my 2014 resolutions.

You could just delay your album for like 10 years, wait for nobody to care about your band anymore, and blame the delay on technology needing to catch up? I'm pretty sure that worked out for Jari and Wintersun.

 Funny as fuck dude and very true! Post of the year already.

Great thred though, lots of reassuring comments from you pro guys as I am thinking of doing the same too, I am glad to know I could make it work. I have the latest Feared CD with the raw tracks etc, in the video/studio reports he seems to have the whole album in one session too.
