George W. Bush isn't really that bad of a guy, he's just a moron. He actually parted ways with Cheney towards the end of his term because he realized that Dick Cheney was a soulless demon spawn hell-bent on world domination who was using him to further his own agenda. Bush's only fault was that he was a moron, which led to all the horrible decisions.
