Why did Rullo cut his hair?

I've gotten better at guitar since I've started growing my hair. Some would argue that its cos I'm more experienced now but we all know that its the hair :p . It is kinda annoying though, cos u dont want to tie it up since having it down looks so much cooler, but when the weather gets a bit windy u want to just rip it all out, haha.

everyone knows you can't be metal without long hair ;)

Seriously tho, I can understand a drummer wanting short hair...its gotta get in the way with all the movin around they have to do to play their instrument.

btw, where did you see him with short hair? If it was on Gigantour, he didn't have it cut for the NY show.

I cant believe he cut his hair! I didnt lose respect for him, because he is one of my all time favorite drummers, but still!!!!

I hope you were being sarcastic. Yes it is truly, painfully heartbreaking, but it's not like we should all disrespect him now.
yeah. Jason Rullo is still an awesome drummer. thats y i respected him so much. not because he had long hair.

Yeah. thats true. He didnt have his hair cut at the Jones Beach (New York) show. Also, why would you be saying it now, of all times? their last show was over a month ago.

I was being 100% sarcastic, the length of jason rullo's hair has absolutely no impact on any part of my life, therefore i do not care
O.K. Because thats a real ass hole statement for someone to make.

Threads about hair just aren't metal.
unless you're talking about Metallica, and how it was blasphamy for them to hack their hair off. Otherwise, your statement holds true.

I reserve judgment until I see before and after photos.

Just teasing...really, no big deal. If his hair is annoying him and getting in his face, I totally understand. Having longish hair myself, I can say you DO spend more time caring for it and just plain keeping it out of your way than you would if it were cut short. Even something like leaning over and spitting toothpaste into the sink...let's just say you have to be really careful! ;)
