The very 1st concert i every went to was the headbangers ball tour in i think it was 88. It was anthrax,helloween and exodus, it was with joey. Why'll it will be good to see the old linup again, I hope it is for 1 tour only. John is the better singer and remember john has now been in the band longer than joey and have made some dam good albums with the band and can sing the old stuff pretty well as well. yes i am going to the chicago show this weekend and i am sure it will be great, but let it be for 1 tour only.

Yeah, Joey should what Joey does best. I have opinions sure but he shouldn´t try to be John or anything. It would be cool to hear him sing a bit rougher on one song or so.

I am going to see em next week in Holland at the DYNAMO fest I have been waiting my whole life to see em with Joey on vox! I saw em 5-6 times with Bush but it just wasn't all that great....

This is my opinion and stricktly my opinion but bush belongs back with saint and belladonna belongs at home with THRAX.The first time i ever heard ANTHRAX was back in 85 and it was belladonna's voice that got me into it.once john bush came in and took over and belladonna went and did his solo stuff it wasnt the same.I for one am glad joey is back.its like going home to moms house you know your warm and safe there and you can eat all her food.It's confortable

Bush never left. Joey is only temporarily back for the tour but its not forever. Bush is taking time off but he'll be back. to bad though, 'cause i think joey is a great singer and i prefer him over bush. im going to see them at glasgow, does anyone know whos supporting?

Hmm, is difficult to say but i like the spirit sounds in bush voices, for me its powerfully than belladonna. some songs i like the voices from belladonna and some songs feels better with bush. some songs of peristence of time feels better with belladona but for usually the voices is to high for me.

i think anthrax have/had two big voices in diffrent times.

But, it was all oldies. This tour means nothing played from SOWN forward.
That being said, It was killer to see them together. A good time was had by all...

They both are great at what they do. But the band's best sound worked with Joey.

especially here in holland and I guess the rest of europe people seem to be hooked on that old line up, I remember ANTHRAX playing 6,000+ capacity venues when Joey was still with the band, whereas now they maybe play 400 capacity clubs....so do the math!

1988 = Metal was trendy and Metal band played in arena
2000 = Metal was underground and Metal band played in Small clubs
So do the math!

This "reunion" tour will bring a decent crowd size the first go around but after that, it will only bring small crowds(like 400-600 person capacity crowds )

its funny how everyone is shitty that anthrax are touring with joey and danny,bush plays some part in what has happened,i think its a bit of downer,bush is partly to blame,i woulda loved to see both singers on the same stage.

Bush should come back and this reunion should only be a one off kinda thing. The future of Anthrax is not the past. I want to see this reunion tour but after it's over(hopefully) I sure want to see John Bush back. If Joey stays and they record, they have some big fucking shoes to fill and better rock the shit out of it. Cuz, if it sucks Scott will have to bury his head in Charlie's ass. I wouldn't mind if they kept Danny though!
