Why don't you Compress Over Heads? Or do You???

I often use parallel compression on oh's, then gently touching it with limiter (usually if the snare is a bit too loud and is peaking a couple db above the cymbals). Sometimes, instead of limiter I'm using another instance of compression, sidechained from the snare.
