hey guys, has anybody tryed the Wilkinson bridge ? ( my guitar has regular tremelo routing and want to upgrade it with a floyd but the wilkinson is optional without re routing ) is it as stable and dynamic as a floyd ?

no. . .its just a basic trem, you cant dive as deep as you can with the floyd. Here is a pic of the wilkinson

It works fine with locking tuners. I once played a strat with the Wilkinson bridge and Schaller locking tuners. I tried as hard as I could (in a song context, I didn't hold the guitar by the trem arm) to put it out of tune, and I just couldn't. It's pretty smooth too.
