This kind of shit is incredible. Samson would have never gotten to where they had without Bruce. Even though I love the band, there were just about nobodies in a big pond... I know this point can be argued also but who really cares anymore about some half know, mediocre dead guitarist and some masked freak known as Thunderstick???
They should be paying you to use that logo!

Not in the country I come from. His logo was neither slanderous, nor did he make any profit. While he probably SHOULD have put something on his page/logo indicating where he got the logo from, he doesn't have to.

Here a guy opened a restaurant called Friday's several (like in weee many) years ago (imitating the logo and all). Around 2000 something Friday's wanted to open a chain restaurant in here and they couldn't use the name because was lready registered locally , so they have to call T.G.I.F.

I wonder if Carnut in Belgium is legally bind but those guys from the Samson estate (probably yes since UK and Belgium are both EC)

in Holland also was a dreadfull case of how some organisations try to cash in money after someones dead...Annie mg Schmidt was a very famous writer of children books. Lots of children care houses and schools named theirselves after characters of her books. Now all of them have to pay 500$ to be allowed to continue using those names... I agree. Although, I doubt that was even him. If it was, a lot of good he's doing himself writing that in a "fan's" blog. His paragraph was poorly written drivel.
