Will someone please define "Sloppy"?

I keep seeing all these musicians I enjoy being referred to as sloppy.
What the hell does that mean?

Well , what I meant was that compared to Gary Willis , most bassists have a sloppy right-hand performance...
I'm not saying Victor Wooten and the other guys I metioned are bad bassists , I never said that...
They are top of the line of course...

Ah...I will have to check out a video.
I'm actually not a fan of Wooten or Bailey (Not into 1 hour bass solos) but other guys like Les Claypool,Alex Webster and the such have been called sloppy.
