"With the three"? To be crowned queen

Well I wuh listening to Through the Looking Glass eh? While reading the lyrics on the site. I come to the part where Russell screams "TEHBUHLAY!!! To be crowned queen". I'm not complaining at all or anything but I was just wondering if he was fighting off some voice in his head or something during that line.
