Work in progress is working quite well! Sounds a little boxy for my taste but thats just knit picking.

ok, thanks for the reply slayer and metaltastic, probably is the guitar, is an esp eclipse with dimarzios, don't know the model of the pick ups.....

Where did you have the mid-knob on the amp? And was it in vintage mode by any chance? I like Vintage for leads, but really can't stand it for rhythms, and usually ran the mids at 10:00 max on my 2 ch. in Modern mode FWIW!

I have it at 11:00, and is not vintage mode, modern mode......ss rectifier and bold

Yeah, 11 is a bit high, those amps have a lot more mids than some people seem to think!

umm...I don't know metaltastic, but I like mids, and compared to other amps, the dual recto have not huge mids....but probably i'm wrong
