This cup seems to become the cup of the unexpected, doesn't it?
Senegal, South Corea, and even Sweden and Turkey were impressive.
I don't think neither Brazil, Italy or Argentina will make it for the finals, they all suck. They got big-mouthed assholes but they're too lazy to play good football. The Turks should have whipped the brazilan asses, but unfortunately they didn't.
And Rivaldo should be expulsed for his theatralic scene in the 87th minute. Who the fuck does he think he is?
France wasn't that good at all without Zidane... Although the french football is great as they got LOTS of talented young players, I don't think that one player should make the difference for winning or losing the cup...

Why are more people not speaking ecstatically about the USA's MONUMENTAL victory? I realize we're relative newcomers on the world soccer stage, but this HAS to be considered one of this country's greatest sports victories of (at least) recent memory, no? I'm sure they'll struggle with South Korea and Poland now, but hey, it's a start!
