Worth upgrading to Cubase 8.5 from 6?

Title says it. I'm still on Cubase Artist 6 cause I'm not buying this upgrade crap every year. However the latest release does look like it has some interesting new features (new to me anyway...) like chord pads, new mixer, Prologue 2 etc.
So is it worth to upgrade from 6 to 8.5? Do the new features justify spending £110 on the upgrade or could I invest the money more cleverererly?

I upgraded from 6 to 8 Pro. It's night and day, I think. The new interface options and mixer makes it worth it alone, and the template workflow with disabled tracks is fantastic with large templates.
Also, the Render In Place feature is probably the best thing ever... just saying...
