Would you do this trade?

I own two powercore MKII DSP PCI cards.
and they come with stock effects only.

for them, i've been offered:
- matched pair of rode NT5 mics
- Audix D6
- Audix i5
all of which are in near new state.

this is direct trade not additional payments from either side.
so would you go for it?

i say go with it if you can live without the powercore(enough CPU pover ) , this mics will last a lifetime,and they are considered all good mics

and DSP cards are slowly going out of business.
my comptuer specs should be enough to handle my projects so... i'll go for it.

hi guys,
above mentioned trade unfortunately failed... after saying he would do the trade, guy just kept quiet...
but I have another deal coming so i decided to use the same topic to ask you for your opinion.

so the deal is... I give:
- 2 powercore MKII DSP PCI cards (MKII and unplugged) with stock pluings
- SSL duende PCIe (with channel strip and bus compressor)

I get:
- mesa boogie F50 Head
- mesa boogie 1x12" cabinet (i guess it's express)

would you do this?

If you aren't using the powercore cards, they're worthless, despite how much you paid for them. You won't be able to fetch good money for 'em, so just trade 'em away for something with some resale value.

I use 2 or 3 effects from powercore extensively, but i'm sure i'll be able to replace them with something else.
regarding duende... they are going native... but I'm sonar user and X1 brings bus compressor and decent EQ. so i should be fine without it.

how about this mesa amp for metal?

i beleive it more of a blues/rock amp it has a fizz that you cant get rid of. the clean channels nice though
