This album is TITS.

Seriously, when it comes to metal, I live for shit like this. After Shadow Cabinet, which I wasn't such a huge fan of, this is exactly the album I was hoping they would/could make. Awesome hooks, just the right amount of folk stuff, and heavy as hell throughout. Love it.

I believe Salt is the first in an installment of related records from Wuthering Heights, much like authors do with books. I believe Pepper and Paprika will round out this trilogy.

Yes, the Japanese version have an exclusive bonus track (cover of URIAH HEEP's "Sympathy").

No bonus tracks on the other releases.
