In the present scene of the Thrash Metal, it is very difficult to find proposals original. Many bands choose to follow the current originated in 80's through the bands of the Bay Area, whereas others reformulate the classic sound PANTERA. The one of EDEN'S FALL does not belong to any of these two groups, something that is really commendable for this young promise of the Thrash de Chicago. To the old Thrash, the boys add a good dose to him of those particular atmospheres to the NEVERMORE, in addition the voice to John Barr reaches very melódicos tones, although per moments it is introduced in the guttural voices. "Harmony of lies" is a powerful, thrashero and very heavy disc, but the remarkable thing in the remarkable numerous presence of melodías, mainly in the guitars of Tony Gronowski and Rob Aquino. EDEN'S FALL is completed with Dan Gronowski (bass - choirs) and the fantastic Ray drummer Smith. By the most traditional side, podés to find influences of TESTAMENT, EXODUS or DEATH, but melodías goes by the footpath of ICED EARTH, IRON MAIDEN and the own NEVERMORE. This disc comes to be its album debut, but it contains a work in totally enviable sound. It is that to these thrashers has helped the very same one Dan Swanö them (musical very recognized by bands EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH and NIGHTINGALE. The most interesting cuts are the initial "Blur the lines", "Lost again" (with surprising riff), "Bleed" and "We betray". A work that promises very many... If sos they fan of the Thrash/Speed not podés perdértelo.
