I remember the summer I was there it was gorgeous, it don't think it rained at all. It was a couple years ago.

agreed with terred, just last summer was an anomaly, probably due to global warming. we also had 6 snow days this year in seattle this year which is also an anomaly as in previous years we had none (since 8th grade or so)
I MAY bet it will rain at least once in july this year

Yeah, it does always seem to rain on the 4th, but the Nile show isn't until the middle of the month. I predict all July rain will have occurred by then!

I love Seattle as well. I lived there then years. By Seattle. I live in Oregon now, some great scenery out here but not much for entertainment.

I really like Seattle, but it's nothing compared to The Fraser Valley in BC.

The air down there is much cleaner in the summer. The Fraser Valley is just that... A valley stuck in a bowl lined with high mountains. So all the fumes and pollution of Vancouver makes its way into the valley, and stays in it.

It is still the most beautiful and so many places for the outdoors, 4x4, ski/snowboarding, etc.

Anyways, I'll be in Seattle sometime this summer as well. Not sure why... but hey, I like it down there.
