There is one, in combo with the Blu-Ray, but so far I don't see it available anywhere aside from via Roadrunner themselves.

My understanding is that the package with BR and audio cds is an exclusive for Roadrunner. Somebody on an another forum said there was an "RR exclusive" description when he got his invoice.
