The US street date was changed. In fact a number of Inside Out releases were changed:

Anderson/Stolt
was 6/24, now 7/1
US format: Digipak CD

Ayreon
was 6/17, now 7/29
US format: 2CD/DVD Digipak, BluRay

Steve Hackett
was 6/24, now 7/29
US format: 2CD/2DVD Digipak, BluRay

You can be certain that the Blu-ray will be region A or free.
