$200 for a device that fits in your pocket and is more powerful than the computer you had 4 years ago seems pretty fair to me.

On an unrelated note, I just realized that in Return of the Jedi, when Lando and Wedge are inside the Death Star, Lando tells him to go for the power regulator on the north tower. But they're in the core of the Death Star, so what's "north" even mean?

If the Death Star has a magnetosphere then it will have a magnetic north pole or the tower is named after Lord North but it's probably just crap the scriptwriter put in to make it sound cool.
