I don't go to metal to displace my anger, I use metal to complement it.
That said, I usually prefer some sort of black metal. This Watain song is good--it is unusual because it has something actually resembling a chorus, and to me that adds an immmense amount of power to the song.
Also, Ov Fire and the Void by Behemoth is a pretty good pick.
