Your Local Metal Club

One of the hardest things, perhaps, when travelling out-of-town is finding a metal club in a city, so I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread that lets members list the places they like to hang out to see local metal bands perform.

Here in El Paso, we have Surges and the Peanut Gallery. Both host live metal shows, local talent and touring bands.

Brisbane, Australia .. Check out local gig guides (Google for australian/brisbane gig guides) or check out the Indi Temple in the Fortitude Valley.. They allways have live music ..

Nothing in Illinois? Hmmm. I know Evil Incarnate is from there, Zion, and I was told in an interview that it looks pretty bleak.

There's no metal clubs in Mexico city,that I know of.
There are "hard" rock places but that's as far as it gets.

There are two larger clubs that seem to have 90% of the shows in the SF Bay Area... Slims and The Pound...
