How to start.....
First I want to say thanx to Anthrax for an excellent gig last night , I have seen them almost 15 times now (Donington,NEC,TOTT,Barcelona) to mention a few but I have to say that last nights gig was one of the best....the whole band seem to be working really hard to make it work.....
I have been to a few gigs at the Z7 and I was a little worried before going as the crowd there are not always the best(which isnt allways a good encouragement for the band) , I recently saw Biohazard there and apart from the front few rows and a small pit nobody really made an effort and they finished after 1 hour(looking pissed off)
With Anthrax last night it was great to see them really trying to work the crowd and in turn enjoying themselves on stage......
I managed to get Scotts setlist and plectrum as souveneirs and convert a friend(who is now deaf having been on the barrier for his first concert)

I the set was very good with the early older songs getting the crowd going...I only wished they would have played a couple off Volume8(Crush/Catharis) but then I really would have been spoiled

It was also good to see some younger fans there , being 32 , it great to see Antrax 16 years after the first time I saw them (as good now as they were then)and I think for the younger fans it was probably the first time and they wouldnt have been disapointed

I know its been a long mail but just one last thing...whats the significance of the t-shirts with name/numbers???? 21-Ian 10-Bush 18-Bello
1-Caggiano...sorry didnt see Charlies

Come back to Europe soon!!!!!!

I thought the # on the shirts were how long they'd been in the band.......hell, I could be wrong. When I saw them, Rob didn't even have a # on his. I wish we'd have heard a set list like that when they opened for Priest, but I'm glad I got to see 'em at all!

And Bush RULES on Bring the noise, hands down.

that can't be right, the numbers on the back of the shirts can't be years in the band, how can scotties be 21 and charlies only 19?!!?!?!? that makes no sense!?!?!?....so that can' be right!"?!?!!?

must be said thats one cool setlist they played for you, better than the wembely list, but that was still an awesome awesome show, but fuck man i wish they had done nfl there !!! bah !! ;)

\m/ thrax rules \m/

The support band was called Megora and they wernt bad but didnt get much support from the crowd....
The two new songs were excellent , lets hope the rest of the new CD is as good......
This reason the setlist was longer was because it was there only headlining gig of the tour

oh yeah and john bush has been in the band 9 years not 10

so who knows what the numbers are about, who cares i want those shirts !!!! :)

Anthrax had few different drummers before Charlie, so it can easily be like this. I guess first Anthrax line-up was only Scott and maybe Dan Lilker. Then there were Gregg Walls, John Conelly and Gregg D'Angelo on drums (joined White Lion after, I also heard that he was suppossed to join Ozzy's band for a tour - dunno if it really happened).
