Im actually curious how you all think about Banned from heaven.
How does it compare to AYDY, HCDR and TMR?
Does it meet your expectations ?

Im not talking about the song itself, but about:

What do you think about the atmosphere?
What do you think about the vocals?
What do you think about the guitar sound?
What do you think about the synthesizer?
Etc.

Im pretty happy about the vocals and the guitar sound, a large improvement compared to AYDY.

Guitar sound is nice. It also has a bit of "softer" touch. The vocals are more death-ish(FTR/HCDR). The atmosphere is also excellent which actually reminds me of FTR songs. The guitars are more like HCDR and a bit of FTR touch(even though it is Drop C tuning if im correct)

I've liked all songs CoB have made, and this song didn't change it, It was just as I expected, a good new Bodom song, but nothing so new and special, but I can say "I'm positive".

That is true, you can clearly hear Peter Tägtgren has been around.

Great improvement in vocals and guitas compared to TMR and like a step back to HCD, not really like AYDY. Pretty good solos and amazing chorus riff. I do like the intro a lot.

I've been saying Alexi is the "mozart" of writing kickass songs, and this is the newest proof.

In reality I am having very high expectations for this album but I'm trying to deny it from myself so I wouldn't be disappointed like last time.

Despite that, Banned from Heaven somewhat exceeded my expectations.

Simply better than the stuff on AYDY. Something like between Follow the Reaper and Hatecrew Deathroll in style terms. TMR? This just makes me expecting the real version even more.

Atmosphere - both emotional and a headbanger.

Guitar sound - 10/10, I'm stunned.
Synthesizer - this song probably has the least of them, but you can immediately tell Peter has influenced them.

It's gonna be one hell of a good album, unlike AYDY.

I like it very much, but now I've got a very very big problem... It's gonna be harder to wait for the full album.

This band really has something more than every other, although BFH isn't their best song, I can't stop listening to it.

I'm loving the song, great emotional "sing along" chorus, great overall feel and a cool main melody. I'm not to fond of the thrashy riffing, but you can't have it all.
