My opinion hasn't changed what I haven't said already. Best Opeth album hands down.

Serenity Painted Death....very over rated Opeth song. I don't think it's one of their better albums either despite everyone loving it. I get bored of this album quickly but that song isn't good at all.

This topic is ridiculous. Orchid is easily the worst album. Only the few that like the directionless harsh metal like it. These are the same people that think "Dance of December Souls" is the best Katatonia album which is equally absurd. Orchid is ok. Not horrible but far from great however...

Hey it's not super tight but so what it is very damn good. Gene Hoglan has always been an amazing drummer with Dark Angel and Death. I heard he used to wear ankle weights while drumming. I don't know if that is true.

Hell ya, those two songs are awesome. Atonement is one of my favorite Opeth songs period. It fits nice between the heavier/harsher songs and Hours of Wealth got a slow, depressing vibe I like.

I regret getting the digipack with the DVD 5.1 in it. I could have cared less about that. I hate digipacks, and this one was so bulky and wide it got squashed in my glove compartment in my car. It happens to fit perfectly 15 cd's in it but because this was so wide I accidentally crushed it when...

Ghost of Perdition...by far. That song doesn't fuck around.

Good album. I don't know if it is better then those two albums but my problem with it is the production on it is pretty bad. Not the best quality sound and the eq mix and volume level is poor. Unless they wanted it to sound like this but even the first album production wise sounds better.
