Is anyone else familiar with this band's recent development among "hipsters"? Pretty disturbing. Microcosmos is so weak in comparison to other releases. Still better than Blood in our Wells, though.

DsO is so boring to me. You might want to look into Amesoeurs and Alcest though it's arguable that they are black metal. Also, any of the LLN bands though a lot of them aren't for everyone (i.e. Moevot, Aakon Keetreh, Satanicum Tenebrae)...

If you want to split hairs then yeah they are obviously different but something about the feeling of their vocals is very similar. And they both have different vocal styles from a lot of other black metal bands. And his vocals for Mayhem weren't really all that different. Yes, they were better...
