yeah, I've been using guitar rig with my gt-6. I like the freedom of guitar rig's cab section, but there are sooo many combinations you can tweak forever and not really get anywhere :loco: anyway, here are my results :ill: ... you all know the riff :p...

hey moonlapse, my setup is similar to yours! :p Boss GT-6 > SPDIF Out to Audigy2 ZS > Guitar Rig 1.2 > freefilter, C4, reverb etc. Cubase SX2 and Battery 2 with bits of nskit free. I tried out free filter after seeing the thread on Andy's forum, and I applied it to that recent clip I...

When I went up to brisbane for a day I popped into a music shop and they had a fairly large sound proof (maybe not 100%) area with full stacks and stuff. That was awesome. That's the only one I've seen though. As for the amp thing, do you use any pedals at all? there's only so much you can do...
