I know it's a common one but I am still in live with Vivaldi's four seasons, winter in particular :) another composer I like is Proyecto Onyric (think the spelling is correct) she is a pianist and makes the nicest dark songs, well worth checking out :)

Do you know what, I actually set my self up like that in the studio the other day without knowing that it is a "technique" used and it really does help, I am hopeless in the studio normally and I excelled when I set up a "live" scenario :D --- little of topic question but do any vocalists here...

Sick track :) have you guys got a Facebook page? Only thing I can comment on is that I thought the kick was a little too high in the mix and during the breakdowns is covered the guitars, I'm not listening through monitors so it might be why :/ but I like it :)

Sounds pretty good to me :) there's a couple of bits where the guitars tremolo pick and it seems a bit quiet in the mix but I am using my phone so that could be why :) at 1:52 you should add a little bit of reverb to the snare while the lead plays, I think it will give a sweet feel to that...
