I think your mix is pretty solid, however it could use some more low- and high-end. The bass is pretty low in your mix and the guitars could use a bit more air to breathe. Try referencing your mix with the original to see what you could improve.

You squashed your track too hard in the mastering phase. The sound itself isnt neccessarily bad, but its lacking punch due to the loudness. I think you could turn down the synths a bit, too, unless its your intention to have it that way.

What did you use to record the drums? A proper miced up snare and kick could give you exactly the the low-end thats missing right now, I just have no idea how much of that low-end is hidden under your maximizer, some is definitely lost there atm. Contrary to Terminus I think your guitar tones...

The bass is almost painful for my ears, I'm listening to it on headphones, so it might be better on a stereo system, but even then it is beyond good and evil :/ Sorry, Id like to give you some crits for the rest of the mix, but the bass is just drowning it all at the moment.

In my opinion the high-end needs some taming, right now its almost hurting my ears, you would get tired pretty soon from listening to an album full of this. It certainly sounds punchy, maybe just take away some of that high-end and let the bass shine through a bit more :) Vocals are your thing...

Something sounds weird about this kick, maybe the click frequency needs some finetuning, maybe it just needs some volume automation to make it fit better into the mix at parts like 2:48. Thats just my particular taste, if you see nothing wrong with it then, by all means, keep it :)
