I could talk for days about video games. I have a collection of almost 600 games now spanning about 12 systems. About 230 of those games are for the NES. Just bought a Sega Saturn with about 6 games off of Ebay about two weeks ago, actually. And I love all of the RPGs previously...

What exactly is the criteria being looked for here? Does the band need to be signed/sponsored and up and coming with an album or two under their belt? Or are they going to be selected on musical talent and quality only?

I hope they actually play in New Orleans like the press release says. Not having to travel half a day for a show, much less a Rush show, would be nice for a change. Saw them in Dallas on the first leg of the tour and it was amazing. Better than the first time I saw them in Atlanta on the R30...

Not that I necessarily support this opinion...but at what time did Metallica start becoming less fan friendly? Was it before or after the whole Napster issue? It seems to me like maybe it could've been a direct cause of them feeling like they had done as much as they could for their fans yet...

Well, basically everyone has said the same thing...which is mostly how I feel as well. Downloading is alright (by moral standards I mean, not the law) as long as you are "sampling" and then you buy the actual albums of the ones that blow you away. I do however think that I am in the minority...

I've just been curious about this for a while now...I know a lot of people download music nowadays (legally and illegally). How many records do bands actually sell these days (both in the US and worldwide)? bands like Falconer vs. Circus Maximus vs. Symphony X vs. Iced Earth vs. Dream Theater...

I don't really know the vocalists well enough to comment on who should do what...but I was thinking that it would be awesome if someone did anything from the first Boston disc (maybe even with multiple vocalists) as a Brad Delp tribute... Besides that if someone did Steelheart - She's Gone it...

Vocals on their Dragonforce cover are no where near as good as the actual Dragonforce song.

Yeah, I know. I was just kidding, I definitely prefer earlier Rush to the synth era. I must say I like a lot of their 90s music as much as their earliest music. I really do enjoy all of it though. :notworthy

Keep in mind that uploading it takes some time, depending on how large your video is and how fast your internet connection is. Mine was 100MB and took a little under an hour, but I'm on a T1 connection at school, though it is a shitty T1 connection.
