Morionor - doing Dragonforce... better than DF.

So I came across this band today while surfing the Atlanta metal forums. I have to say that every song has impressed me greatly. Definitely a local band that has a chance to be huge. Their cover of Dragonforce's Disciple of Babylon is fucking -awesome-. I like it more than the original version. I think all of you will too.

The vocals sound like an electronica band. I think DF's is way better. especially without the black metal vocals in the background.

Yep. People probably didn't check out their other songs with comments like, "speed for the sake of speed." Okay, so you all didn't like their DF cover. I can understand some of the timing issues, and vocal issues. Hell, I thought they were a little sloppy and clean vocals needed work too. I said it was better though, because between the two songs I think I like what they were going for more. Personally, I liked the 'black metal' vocals mixed in on it. Gave it some edge. <shrug>

One was a band named Shadow Land. Melodic Heavy Hard Rock. Far from euro happy metal. Wanna scratch that note too? Hehehehe

And halyconway, I cant stand DF either.
