:lol Not to be a dick or anything, but Scenes from a Memory is way better than Six Degrees. 6DoIT has some good moments, but it's pretty inconsistent. It's one of those albums where the good songs are great and the bad songs are awful IMO. Also, Train of Nu-Metal Tinged Wank blows...

Mindcrime is overrated IMO. I don't like some of Geoff Tate's vocal choices, especially early on in the album, and the lead guitar tone sounds kind of strange. I do like Operation: Livecrime though. One of my favorite live albums.

Great album for sure. I like Persistence of Time and Among the Living better though.

I like all their albums between the s/t EP and Promised Land. Everything afterwards is shit IMO. My favorite Queensryche album is Rage for Order, followed by Empire and The Warning.

I can't stand Hansi's voice at all. Ear poison. Like nails on a chalkboard.

What he said. Gamma Ray is my favorite power metal band, but Kai Hansen's tone just sounds weird sometimes. Kai is definitely a better songwriter than singer IMO. He's not a bad singer, but he's in the bottom half of power metal singers for me. And he's nowhere near as bad as Hansi Kursch.

Would love to see this. Morgana Lefay and Agent Steel both rule (although AS' current singer really gets on my nerves). They had a great lineup for this fest last year as well - I believe Tad Morose played there last year. Chicago is too far of a trip for me.

Agreed. And if you think that Marco's vocals on the last two albums suck, they have nothing on Tuomas' vocals on their first album :Puke:
