Well, I prefer Hansi Kürsch from Blind Guardian above all else... But between Black and Death... I don't know. Would the distorted vocals in Borknagar and Vintersorg be considered black? What about the distorted vocals in Elvenking's stuff... is that death? I don't listen to much that...

I recently heard Rush when a friend played some of their stuff for me. All I could say was, "wow, which one would you recommend I get first?" good stuff. :)

I had Frozen and I really liked it. Then Crimson came out and someone told me it was great, but I wans't too impressed. Sure, a few songs were cool, but overall, it was kinda bland I thought. Better than Jag Panzer though... *shakes his head* ...I can't believe anyone listens to them...

flash is ok, but not for an entire site. Java is good, but only for specialized functions. regular HTML is great, and if you gotta do fancy stuff, use PHP and tie it in with a MySQL database. And never, ever, use Microsoft asp format.

I'm surprised people's opinions in this thread seem so heavily weighted towards nevermore, but the votes don't show that. It's probably because there's a nevermore board on this forum.
