I'm curious, how does everyone program there drums in BFD/DFH/etc. ? I don't have alot of experience in making complicated songs but it seems like it would take forever with a pencil in piano roll. Is there a easier way besides that method? SE

Here's one way... create a send on snare 1 and 2 going to "bus X". now create a aux track and assign its input to "bus X". now you can toss inserts on the aux track. I use sends for cue mixes, and inserts that I'll be using on multiple things. I think you could also assign your "snares"...

Excuse my retarded PT questions (ive been using sonar for 5 years).. What's the basic way to get a crossfade going on in PT? I tried getting 2 pieces of audio together and applying the fade but the fade "in" starts when the previous one fades "out" I can't get both of the regions to overlap...

Yeah the reflexion filter is cool. I've been meaning to test it out at home. The maxwall thing auralex has is pretty awesome as well. I have never seen it in person though. Hmm decisions decisions haha. I'll most likely try a reflexion filter, and then the Maxwall thing. If those fail I'll save...

The VST is in a folder that cubase is reading but still no sign of it in the instrument list. Pretty weird. I even checked with the cubase site and everything is perfect. ahhhh
