Nice job insulting a whole genre. Just an FYI - these "diarehea of the fingers prog band(s)" are the main reason I go to PP. They say prog bands dont sell tickets (and maybe its because of attitudes like this). But I am one of those prog fans that would consider going for just ONE band like...

Here's the thing about snippets - like movie trailers, they should be short representations of the bigger picture. And to me, 9 out of 10 times it is. So when I see a trailer I dont care for, most likely I will not like the movie. With that said....I hated that snippet. Now, I can hope that...

I never get the compaint of no 'showmanship'. And it seems to come with every REAL prog band performance. As far as Im concerned, its just a reference to running/dancing around the stage. And I dont care for that at all. Especially when it seems like youre trading showmanship for musicianship.
