I think we've pretty much just recovered from 13th Day now and i have to say what a great festival it was. We videoed our show and looking back at it the audience reaction to the songs was amazing as was the Intense Chants before we went on.. we had a great day, really enjoyed the set and especially for me the sing along to War of Angels was something else.. (despite the small hiccup ha ha) ..

Room 13 gave us a 13/13 for the Gig which we're very chuffed about :worship: it can be found here

really good show guys, skull of sidon live was the higlight of the fest for me. Was gonna come say hello at the after show but you looked like you didn't want to be bothered :p

Really :confused: all we did all night was talk to people and get very drunk... we're a very friendly bunch... you should have said hello...

I thought I should make my first post here to say I was at 13th Day and loved every minute of it. I managed to get a spot right at the front and I'd go as far as to say Intense were my favourite band of the night. My only regret is letting my g/f get hold of the T-shirt I bought after the show cuz she won't give it back to me.
Now I need to look behind the sofa for loose change to buy a T-shirt and the albums.................

I dont get why someone should give a bad review caus a band wasnt his cup of tea, I mean u guys had the crowd eating outta ur hands. I saw a lot of Intense merch gettin sold everytime I was checkin for Sonata Arctica stuff... which never came :cry: .
I like how he said that Marko from Sonata Arctica showed no emotions, smile for gods sake! you're headlining!! gigging is supposed to be fun! :headbang:

on a different and slightly off-topic note, were u guys nervous at your first ever gig? caus my bands got our first gig on tuesday :S and im sorta looking forward to it, but also really nevous :err:
 
Speaking for myself i was indeed nervous at my first gig.I think i had a couple of pints to calm myself but once i got playing i was ok.
Good luck and enjoy it ...what's the band called?
 
well, its called a.v.a.m atm, but i'm trying to get it changed.
Its at a pretty big venue (joes well in leeds). fits a load of people in it! :eek:
the more i think about the gig the less nervous im gettin now, just really excited! :headbang: , plus if i get nervous im the bass player... so u know, i'll stand at the back :D
