I didn't lose mine till after 30, but then I'm a mess of physical health issues and excessive shyness. I've never reached more than about 6,500 posts on one forum though. Somehow not popping until after 20,000 posts in this basement sausage den seems worse.

Did you try though? I know you said youre about a 130lbs soaking wet. Did this have a bearing on your shyness. I was a skinny shit as a teen, and it definitely had a lasting effect on my psyche. If I drop under two hundo, I feel like Laura Flynn Boyle.

No I didn't really try at all. I hated the idea of going to shitty nightclubs with terrible music and compromising my interests, so I stuck to seeing good live music and just accepted that women in the various music scenes here showing any interest in me whatsoever were few and far between. I'm 5'6" so my skinniness at that weight is kinda nice, not like a stick insect that looks like it could break at any moment.

I think the physical health issues thing is the reason I didn't shed my shyness sooner. Eventually my shyness was starting to crack a bit and it just took the right woman to come along and be determined enough to break it open. Now I'm 37 and I still have some shyness, but since then it's been more just my personality rather than an obstacle.

I feel ye bruv, went through the same phase during my mid 20s. Women will drive ye bat shit crazy if ye let em. If you park yourself on the sidelines, not much tail will venture near ye unless youre in that top 5% that have to shake em off with a stick.
