dude if you ate that forever your metabolism would turn you into a sloth. the minute you ate something with more than 200 calories in it, you'd gain like 10 pounds!
exercise does speed your metabolism, but it generally is understood that you have to exercise very regularly (at least 4 times a week) for at least 20-30 minutes a day, and it has to be cardiovascular exercise (meaning it increases your breathing and heart rate to a certain higher level for your age and weight group.
but essentially, in order to boost your metabolism, you gotta get winded and sort of sweaty for about 20-30 minutes a day, and increase it as it becomes too easy.
well, you should both remember that these are standard measures, and they don't account for people with particularly small body frames for their height, or particularly large ones either. they're just averages.
No in this case I think it's pretty much right on the money. I mean I have a slightly large frame, but as Homer J. sez: "C'mon, nobody gains 30 pounds of bone!"
