So I'm moving away from the studio where I normally do my tracking, so I'm going to have to start building up my mic locker. I've never had to track drums without this place, so my collection consists of a couple 57's, a 3035, sm7, and a beta 57. I've got a band booked in NY and they're wanting to do live drums.. My question is if I should get a 2nd 3035 for overs(with the intention of moving them to stereo room in the future). I don't really have much cash(moving is expensive), so my options are to a. sell my 3035 and buy some nt5's or b. buy another 3035, now.
