3D "architectural" app

Is there any 3D application that is VERY easy to use and fool proof to make a visual representation of a live room/control room, studios, etc? Like some people I saw posted here before that looked pretty cool. Is there anything like that, that is easy to use?

I think most people use google sketch up for this. It's really nice and not hard to use. Can get some very nice results from it.

Yeah sketchup is great for simple stuff.
If you need anything a little more complex send me a pm, I do this sorta stuff for a living
