I'm digging the Onward CD alot!!

I just purchased RA myself. I have yet to listen to it, but I've heard it was excellent. The Meshuggah cd owns. The rest I haven't heard as of yet.

You can't go wrong with Meshuggah.

I've never heard of Onward. What do they sound like?

Onward is a better than average power metal band.
They are brand new, as is the CD.

I dig the hell out of 'em.
They are a lot like Destiny's End.
Or a heavier Maiden.

Very cool though! Check 'em out.

Meshuggah are very talented and what has been termed "math metal" along with Spiral Architect, etc ( pure mindfuck music with weird timings and phrasing). I read the track listing for the live Megadeth and it looks pretty promising. I remember Jason Becker playing with Marty Friedman in Cacophony and he also played with David Lee Roth on one of Roth's solo albums. Cheers
