5 string Bass guitar Bridge replacement

basicaly, selling the 5 string Warwick Thumb because i cant afford to keep it, and cant afford to have it insured either..

so i'm going back to my first bass being a Tanglewood Rebel (five string)
changing back is going to be horable and i'm not looking forward to it.
the bridge wont accept a 130 gauge string as my B, and i realy want to get 135 for a drop F tuning.

i dont really know too much about replacing the bridge and wouldnt know were to look.. could anyone help?

i also need some decent pickups to put in it as the old one just dont cut it.

any advice?
